How I can help

From an overlooked need to an idea people can use.

My best work lives where culture, learning and product experience meet. I can join for one focused project or support a team across a longer engagement.

01

Ideation & concept development

Turn an early thought, audience need or messy problem into organized possibilities, a clear concept and an action-ready brief.

02

Hispanic-market experience

Review products, messages and experiences for language, cultural fit and the realities of bilingual U.S. Hispanic and Mexican-American audiences.

03

Training & learning design

Build approachable workshops, lessons and tools that help people understand, practice and confidently use what they learn.

04

UX research & synthesis

Listen for what people mean, identify patterns across feedback and translate findings into useful product and experience decisions.

05

Spanish localization

Adapt meaning, tone, examples and instructions so Spanish content feels natural and culturally intelligent—not mechanically translated.

06

Content & curriculum systems

Shape individual ideas into reusable content families, learning paths and master assets that can support multiple channels and products.

Concept bands & transmedia worlds

I do not only create songs. I create the world that makes the music matter.

Across these music concepts—including virtual acts envisioned under the developing Puppetmaster Productions umbrella—each project has its own sound, visual language, emotional purpose and path into other media.

Virtual rock band · Story world · Franchise concept

Motherless Bastards

A five-member outlaw rock band created by a human woman known as the Puppet Master— until the characters begin to feel powerful enough to question who is controlling whom.

“Motherless” means having no fixed origin and no obligation to obey social or musical rules. Jackal, Ghost, Rook, Vandal and Crow are equals, each embodying a different part of their creator’s inner male ego and fantasy. Every member can sing, allowing the voice of the band to shift from song to song while remaining inside one mythology.

Contemporary worship trio · Original lyrics · AI-assisted production

Still Waters Collective

A diverse contemporary worship trio created to encourage hearts and draw listeners closer to God through peaceful, authentic and spirit-led music.

The collective pairs three approachable vocal identities—a fair-skinned auburn-haired woman, a Black man with shoulder-length dreadlocks and a Hispanic/Mediterranean man— with cinematic faith imagery in deep navy, warm gold, cream, olive and earth tones. The songs move through surrender, healing, hope and the quiet assurance of God’s presence.

Virtual duet · Luxury global rhythm

A second act with an entirely different emotional universe.

Veloura is a sensual virtual duet positioned in tropical-noir: Afro-R&B, global nocturnal pop, bachata fusion, bossa and cinematic dance music. The project demonstrates range—the same creative system can build a rebellious rock mythology or an elegant, intimate global-music identity.

My working style

Idea-rich, but grounded in a decision.

I do not stop at brainstorming. The goal is to make the strongest idea understandable, testable and useful to the people it is meant to serve.

Name the problem clearly enough to solve the right thing.

  3. 03

Generate possibilities and connect ideas across disciplines.

  4. 04
    Shape

Build the best concept into a brief, flow, lesson or prototype.

  5. 05
    Learn

Gather feedback, refine and make the next decision visible.

About Gabriella

A bilingual educator, strategist and lifelong idea-builder.

I was born in Mexico and built my career across education, business, creative consulting, public speaking and individualized learning.

For more than two decades, I have helped people understand themselves, communicate more effectively and turn uncertainty into a practical next step. I have taught children and adults, coached professionals, led workshops across the U.S., Mexico, Brazil and Norway, owned businesses, and developed original learning and product concepts.

My advantage is not one narrow industry. It is the ability to listen across cultures, notice what others overlook, generate strong possibilities and explain complicated things without making people feel small.
